Zenify stress relief drink launches in first Rexam 12 oz. SLEEK® can with tactile printing

“Live Stress Free.” That’s the mantra of Zenify, the 100 percent natural stress relief drink. Looking for a truly distinctive package that would exemplify the look and feel of its brand, the company chose to launch in the first Rexam 12oz. SLEEK® can in the U.S. to utilize tactile printing technology.

Zenify is a clean and extremely refreshing stress relief drink.  It contains 25 times more stress-relieving antioxidants than green tea, but without the caffeine. The drink’s blend of natural antioxidants and amino acids has been clinically shown to increase alpha waves in the brain, elevate serotonin and dopamine levels and reduce stress without drowsiness. Zenify also includes 100 percent of the recommended dietary allowance of five B-Vitamins, which are designed to work synergistically in the beverage to reduce stress.

In addition to its exclusive tactile can design, Zenify benefits from the many inherent advantages of aluminum cans including portability, durability and sustainability. Aluminum cans are infinitely recyclable with cans able to be melted, converted to cans again and back on retail shelves within 60 days. In the last 15 years, the beverage can industry has reduced the overall carbon footprint of the aluminum can by more than 45 percent. These facts help make cans the most recycled beverage container in the world with a U.S. recycling rate of 65.1 percent, more than double the rate of other beverage packages.

Variable Printing of Beverage Cans with Dynamark

Flexibility, speed, differentiation  – all attributes of the variable printing technology dubbed Dynamark available from Ball Packaging Europe, one of the leading beverage can producers on the continent. With this new process, European beverage producers can, with immediate effect, obtain 24 different can designs in one production run. From logos and portraits to graphics and messages, all the elements in the livery can be changed and modified to appeal directly to a targeted audience and grab attention at the point of sale.

Newly developed Dynamark  technology can be integrated in the existing printing process for all sizes of steel and aluminum can. It enables up to 24 different monochromatic graphic elements to be added to a defined vacant area of, or supplemental to, the basic design. Thus, logos, icons or individualized messages can be incorporated into the can appearance.  Dynamark allows variability in the graphic design at normal production speed.

In Europe, Dynamark technology is already available in Ball’s plants in Weissenthurm (Germany), Oss (Netherlands), Belgrade (Serbia) and Radomsko (Poland). Other plants will follow. The first users are already on board: Dynamark-designed beverage cans will be hitting the market in the second quarter of 2013.

Attractive marketing tool
Dynamark offers brand responsible a number of advantages. With variably designed cans, they are able to introduce special promotions with greater ease. Large-volume yet tailored manufacture means consumers can be directly addressed, with beverage suppliers effectively tapping into the megatrend of individualization. Limited editions can also be produced, as can special designs aligned to particular events, with changes of date and/or protagonist being readily accommodated for serial promotions.

With Dynamark technology, it is also possible to make changes: That means, for example, that the latest Facebook posts or Twitter tweets can be integrated within the can design – adding a truly modern trait and linking the virtual with the real world. Now I am the subject of this forum to talk about the printing industry of China’s environmental situation and development trend of the future view of the exchange and discussion with everyone. 1, China’s environmental legislation
Environment is a global problem, is threatening the survival of mankind and the survival of civilization. With continued population growth and increased economic output, consumption levels increase, shortage of resources, climate change, ozone depletion, biodiversity loss, land degradation, environmental pollution has become acute. States are facing serious challenges to sustainable development. China is the world’s most populous developing countries. Since the late 70s of the 20th century, with China’s rapid economic growth, industrialization process of developed countries to a century in phases to the environmental issues in China concentrated there, becoming a major issue in China’s development. Chinese government and people attach great importance, and has now established a “Constitution” as the basis, “PRC Environmental Protection Law” as the main body of environmental laws. China’s Constitution clearly stipulates: “The state protects and improve the living environment and ecological environment, prevent pollution and other public hazards.” Chinese criminal law on the crime of destruction of environmental resources are also special provisions. So far, China’s legislature enacted the Environmental Protection Act, Environmental Impact Assessment Law, Water Pollution Control Act, Solid Waste Pollution Control Act, Clean Production Promotion Law, Air Pollution Control Act and other environmental protection laws and 9, Natural Resources Conservation Legal 15. China has also participated in, or the conclusion of the “United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change” and “Kyoto Protocol”, “on the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer,” “Convention on Biological Diversity” and 50 more involved in environmental and resources protection of international conventions and treaties and to actively comply with these covenants and obligations under the treaty. The State Council and relevant departments and local people’s congresses and the government developed a large number of corresponding administrative regulations concerning the environment, department regulations and local laws and local regulations. Can be said that China’s protection of the environment have formed a relatively complete legal framework for environment protection, so that the legal basis, rule-based. In addition, China has built, including environmental quality standards, pollutant discharge (control) standards, environmental standards, samples, etc., state and local environmental standards, and environmental protection responsibility system of administrative law enforcement and accountability system was improved and amendments. According to the present and for quite a long time goal of China’s environmental situation and to protect people’s health, improve the quality of life, protecting national environmental safety, development of circular economy and the establishment of “resource saving”, “environmentally friendly” society has become China’s environmental legislation a few basic directions and tasks. Here necessary to point out that industrial pollution is the focus of environmental protection.
